Branding Programs
Women For Hire has developed a range of unique marketing programs to fulfill two distinct goals: (1) enhance the participation of top employers in our recruiting events, and (2) to provide exceptional branding and exposure for those employers that are unable to attend the events but wish to reach a coveted talent pool.
For more information on any of these or other customized sponsorship opportunities with Women For Hire, please call our Marketing Director at 212.290.2600 or CLICK HERE for our information request form.
EARLY MORNING SEMINAR SPONSORSHIPS
To enhance participation at Women For Hire recruiting events, we offer employers the opportunity to sponsor an early morning seminar prior to the general admittance of career fair attendees. On the morning of each event before the start of the career fair, we host a special networking and job-seeking session for more than 100 women. CEO Tory Johnson leads the seminar with practical, sophisticated, and inspirational advice to the savvy audience.
As a sponsor, your recruiters or hiring managers have the ability to address the audience on opportunities available at your organization. The sponsor’s participation in this program is heavily promoted on our website and includes direct emails inviting candidates to the seminar, which is always sold out. (Limited to one employer per event.)
Previous participants in this program include: Dell, Intel, Morgan Stanley, New York Life, Pfizer, Principal Financial Group, Target, UBS PaineWebber and the U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Security.
BREAKOUT SEMINARS
We offer employers the opportunity to sponsor a 20 minute breakout seminar during the career fair. Breakout seminars are a great way to generate smart buzz about your company and opportunities while attracting candidates to your booth. Featuring a successful woman executive is a great way to tout your company and women friendly benefits. Seminars are heavily promoted on our website and included in direct emails to candidates. Attendance ranges from 50-100 women per session. Limited space is available. Booth participation is required in order to sponsor a breakout seminar.
SPECIAL ENGAGMENT
Women For Hire career expos go far beyond the standard meet-and-greet job fairs—with Power Seminars, Resume Reviews, Mentor Match, Perfect Pitch sessions and more designed for today’s forward-thinking professional. Employers have the opportunity to sponsor these special programs which are free for attendees. For this season of career expos, Walmart is the exclusive sponsor of our Mentor Match program which gives attendees the opportunity for one-on-one coaching. We have our Resume Review program to help attendees better their resume and our Perfect Pitch program to help attendees nail that all-important one sentence to sell themselves. Sponsoring these special programs solidify your organization’s commitment to recruiting and mentoring women while branding you as a premier employer of choice.
CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS
Women For Hire routinely creates customized programs – targeted email campaigns, speaking opportunities, private recruiting events, coffee breaks and more – to meet the diversity goals of the organizations we serve. Let us know your recruitment/diversity goals and your target market and we’ll glady put something together just for you.
